Summer in the city of Saigon


It's my 2nd time in Saigon and as usual I always visit the famous attractions in the city and trying out their food!

Day 4: By the way, I booked at Nok air from DMK to ho chi minh. Nokair was on sale that time when I booked last October.

At Luan Vu, took a 4 hr nap after no sleep in our last night in bangkok

Then exchange our peso in jewelry shop at the back of benh thanh market.

Walk around the city till we get here in Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon

Late brunch at 3PM after walking in the city.

Hmmm what to order?
After late brunch then after 15 minutes of walk, merienda at Jollibee Saigon! :)

Bida and saya! Pero iba ang lasa ng spaghetti :(
The taste is not the usual filipino sweet spaghetti, this is vietnamese style.

 Day 5: We booked  Cau dai temple and cu chi tunnel tour at TheSinhTourist.

Spacious mini bus for this tour :)

First stop at eggshell mosaic handcraft before the super long ride going to cau dai temple.

I've been curious about this religion when I heard this to my friend.
The Cau dai temple is a mixture of christianity, buddhism, taoism, confucianism and Islam. 

The temple has a daily ceremony, when religions collide in one church.

Our bus tour guide demonstrated how vietnamese preparing at war. 

Its my 2nd time cu chi tunnel tour but this is my 1st time to try to walk inside the actual tunnel

After the tour, we are back to the city and the bus drop-off us in the plaza where there's an Asian street food stalls. This is also walking distance in our hotel.

 Day 6: Last day in saigon, Rockie has an early flight going to Dubai while me and gibbo flight is 9PM, we walk around again in the city to kill time and tried again some vietnamese food hehe.
Lunch at this stall. It's in benh thanh market.

Very tasty vietnamese pizza hope there's like this in PH. 
The tastiest banh mih that I ever tasted! seriously for only 15,000 Dong theirs a real crust of meat in this sandwich :) It's just beside the jewelry shop where we exchange our peso.

Our last dinner in saigon, its my first time to try this kind off noodle.
There's pork internal organ lol and the soup has coconut cream, the taste it's not bad at all.
Our favorite dinner of all time in saigon. fried chicken meal.

Get insured in Pru Life UK

I decided to have a life insurance this year (2015) I'm now in my late 20's, single, childless, been in the industry for 6 years. Somehow, I have my own emergency fund.

Autumn in South Korea: Day 5 Everland

In day 5 in south korea, It should be Lotte World but I decided to separated with my group because I have to meet my cousin Cathy together with her husband and it's my first time to meet her son, baby shiannie (3 months old that time). They are living somewhere in busan, that was 4-5 hours drive to seoul. Her husband decided to stroll us in Everland! I'm very thankful because it's a treat! Free rides! free food! #rice #blessed

A decent brunch before going rides. The amusement park is full pack and lots of people. 1-2 hours queue for every rides. We tried the 'Lost Valley' and 'safari World' it is huge park/zoo that lots of animals not common to see in the philippines. We also experience the must recommended attraction --- T-express ! Tried Mystery mansion and  get wet in Amazon express. We also watched the morning and night parade.
